Sarah was raised in the small town of Poquoson, VA. Even from a very young age, Sarah enjoyed performing. Seeing this, her parents got her involved with a local children's theatre troupe. Throughout middle and high school, Sarah was heavily involved in school choirs and community theatre. She competed in various vocal competitions advancing several times to the state and regional levels.Entering her senior year of high school, Sarah landed her first professional gig in the ensemble of South Pacific with Virginia Musical Theatre. Later that year, VMT cast her in her first professional speaking role as "Liesl" in The Sound of Music.Following high school, Sarah attended Ithaca College to pursue a degree in vocal performance. She continued to perform with several student run companies in both musicals and operettas. She graduated with high honors in May 2002.Within weeks of graduating, she returned to Virgina where she was cast in Annie Get Your Gun. She continued to work in Northern Virginia and Maryland for another year before relocating to the Philadelphia area where she continued to work as a musical theatre actress. At this time, Sarah also began to venture into art and commercial modeling.In fall of 2004, Sarah earned her Equity card when she was hired by Storybook Musical Theatre to play the title role in Beauty and the Beast. She had the pleasure of appearing in the world premiere of No Longer Warriors based on the novel by the same name. She toured the northeast on and off for 3 years with Pushcart Players. In the last 5 years, she has also began to focus on more film and television.Sarah recently made her Philadelphia debut as the title role in Amy's View by David Hare.Sarah currently resides in Bristol with her boyfriend Jon.
