Makayla Robinson is an NYC-based actor that was born and raised in a small town, Newton Falls, Ohio. She first fell in love with performing in a movie theater screening Anastasia, and spent the next month singing and dancing around the house. She also read the Little House on the Prarie Books cover to cover, which lead her to play her childhood dream role of Laura Ingalls at a local playhouse. She trained and competed in dance at Center Stage Dance Studio and the Ohio Conservatory of Ballet, and studied musical theater with Liz Rubino Studios. This blossomed into a love of performing in all facets; acting, dancing, and singing.

Some of her favorite roles to date include Val in A Chorus Line, Ado Annie in Oklahoma, Jean Harlow in Chasing Rainbows, Sandy in Grease, and "Cyd Charisse" in Singin' In The Rain.
This past Christmas, she enjoyed performing in the premiere Grand Ole Opry cast of How the Grinch Stole Christmas the Musical as Punky/Reno. She is currently performing on the Disney Dream as the female swing until September!
