Q.  I forgot my password.

  • A. Click "Request New Password", which will appear after your first failed login attempt.

Q.  I clicked "Request a New Password" but haven't received an email to reset my password

  • A. For reasons beyond our control, it may take a while for your email to arrive.  Check your SPAM folder to be sure our email didn't get filtered out of your inbox.  If you haven't received it after a couple hours, you can contact us to request a new temporary password.

Q.  I forgot my username.

  • A.  Your username is the suffix of your page's URL.  If your page URL is broadwaydemo.com/JohnDoe, your username is JohnDoe.  If you don't know your URL, contact us to request your username.
